Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Treatment
Project Recovery offers person-centered, evidence-based, comprehensive substance use disorder care. Virtual and in-person visits are available to all South Dakota residents.
Through a partnership with South Dakota's Department of Social Services-Division of Behavioral Health, free visits, medication, peer support, and counseling services for OUD are available for individuals without insurance who meet financial criteria. Insurance is accepted and self-pay options are available.

Services
Medication
Our experienced medical clinicians help you discontinue or reduce harmful and unwanted drug use based on your personal goals. Medication is first-line therapy for opioid use disorder and beneficial in treating alcohol use disorder.
Counseling
A comprehensive range of state-accredited addiction counseling and mental health services are available. Our compassionate, skilled counseling professionals focus on creating individualized plans to meet your needs.
Peer Support
Through their lived experience with use disorders, our certified peer support specialists walk with you on your treatment journey, providing non-judgmental support and encouragement on your terms.
