Recovery:Peer Support

What is Peer Support?

Recovery takes time, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Peer support connects you with someone who understands your journey. One-on-one peer support provides a safe space to share experiences, find encouragement and receive guidance from someone who’s been in your shoes.

Benefits of Peer Support

  • Shared Experiences: Connect with others who understand what you're going through.
  • Encouragement: Receive motivation and support from peers.
  • Practical Advice: Learn strategies that have worked for others.
  • Sense of Belonging: Build connections and feel part of a community.
